Проект был основан в сентябре 2011 года, когда два демона, Argothonis Vezarium (Россия) и Beheroght Grottheims (Литва), решили создать совместный проект под названием NOHESTH DE GROTH. За основу решено было взять Мир Тоггритов, Гросхэрд, идею, которую давно вынашивал Beheroght Grottheims.
Осенью 2012 года было выпущено демо "Groskherd: Echoes Of Toggrits", хорошо воспринятое общественностью. Участники проекта характеризуют свою музыку как Toggrit Dark Metal, темой для которого служит мир тоггритов, существ, творящих мрачное искусство.
В 2013 году к проекту присоединился Zorgorut Belhast в качестве ассоциированного продюсера. Осенью 2013 года был записан интернет-сингл "Dark Soul's Splash". В 2014 году Zorgorut Belhast покинул проект. 13 февраля 2015 года вышел сингл Kingdom Of Darkness.
В конце 2018 года на [club32815142|@dark_east_productions] был выпущен первый альбом "Once Upon A Time..."
В 2022 году проект прекратил существование. The project was founded in September 2011 by two demons, Argothonis Vezarium and Beheroght Grottheims. It is based on World-of-Toggrits (Groskherd) conception. In 2013 Zorgorut Belhast joined the project as an associate producer and in 2014 he left the project.
Toggritics is a dark ideology that doesn’t embrace one side of being nor denies anything, but combines something from each edge of the world with purpose to build it’s own, dark philosophical point of view.
Toggrits are demons of a new era that retreat from demonic canons, do not follow and serve lords of demonic pantheons. They do not accept the physical and psychological violence, pain (only in the form of creativity: literature, theater, music etc). They have the semiconscious negative and sometimes cross moral barriers. Their special features are: the dark look at the world (sometimes with negative perceptions), the desire to bring something new to life and aspiration to create a dark art, the art in all its forms. Until 2022.
